- Considering all above factors, Ayurveda tells us that healing will vary from person to person, especially if there are chronic diseases present.
- Isolation and inactivity create stagnation of proper body function and depression. Intoxicants and constant reliance on medication suppress natural body functions.
- Clean your mind: Meditate regularly.
- Make time to be in nature.
- Unplug daily. Discontinue use of all devices at least one hour before bedtime.
